Jeffrey O. Young, D.D.S.
Dr. Young was born and raised in Des Moines, Iowa. He attended the University of Iowa where he earned both his Bachelor of Science degree and his D.D.S. degree. He practiced general dentistry for four years in Des Moines. He attended Eastman Dental Center in Rochester, N.Y. where he earned his certificate in pediatric dentistry. Dr. Young is board certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentists and is also a fellow in the American Academy of Pediatric Dentists. He is a member of many local and national dental organizations as well as some honorary dental societies. Dr. Young teaches clinical pediatric dentistry at Denver Health Medical Center on a part time basis. He also is commander of a medical detachment in the U.S. Army Reserve where he has served three tours of active duty. He enjoys running, skiing, tennis, and fishing. Jill A. Decker, D.D.S.
Dr. Jill Decker is originally from Rochester, New York. She received her Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Rochester. She attended the University of Buffalo, where she earned her D.D.S. degree. At the completion of dental school, she moved to Denver to complete a general practice residency at Denver Health Medical Center. She received her pediatric dental specialty training at The Children's Hospital of Denver. Dr. Decker is board certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentists and is also a fellow in the American Academy of Pediatric Dentists. Dr. Decker has served on the board of the Adams County Chapter of the Metro Denver Dental Society and has taught part time at Denver Health Medical Center. She enjoys soccer, music, reading, and skiing. She is married with two children. |

Kimberly Kretsch, D.D.S.
Dr. Kimberly Kretsch was born and raised in Des Moines, Iowa. She received her Bachelor of Science degree with a certificate in dental hygiene from the University of Iowa. She practiced as a dental hygienist for six years before pursuing her D.D.S. degree. She graduated from the University of Colorado School of Dentistry and entered a pediatric dental residency at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin. Dr. Kretsch is board certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentists and is also a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentists. Dr. Kretsch is involved in many local and national organizations. She is currently a the President of the Boulder/Broomfield County Dental Society. She is married and the mother of two boys. They reside in Superior. She enjoys spending time with her family, skiing, tennis, and swimming. |

Keaton Howe, D.D.S., M.S.
Originally from Leeds, England, he grew up in Naperville, Illinois before achieving his Bachelor's degree at Indiana University at Bloomington. He received his D.D.S. degree, pediatric dental specialty certificate, and Master of Science degree at The University of Illinois at Chicago. Dr. Howe is board certified and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. He volunteers his time with children's dental benefits such as Smile Abrasion and KIND, and has taught pediatric residents at The Children's Hospital of Denver through his adjunct faculty position since 2003. Dr. Howe enjoys spending time outside with his wife, two sons, and dog. He also enjoys tennis, swimming, playing the guitar and trombone, skiing, and triathalons. |

Philip C. Walter, DDS
Dr. Philip Walter was born and raised in Elkhart, Indiana. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Zoology from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana and his D.D.S. degree from the Indiana University School of Dentistry in Indianapolis, Indiana. Immediately after graduation from dental school, Dr. Walter completed an internship and residency in Pediatric Dentistry at the James Whitcomb Riley Children's Hospital at the Indiana University Medical Center in Indianapolis. Dr. Walter is a certified specialist in Dentistry and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry to the Colorado State Board of Dental Examiners and the Colorado Foundation for Medical Care. Dr. Walter and his wife enjoy traveling and family time. |
