Your first visit to Young Dentistry for Children involves a few special steps so that we can get to know you. To understand what to expect, please read through this page. You'll find all the practical information you need, such as a map and directions to our office, practice hours, payment policies and more. You can also save some time by printing out and completing the patient forms in advance of your appointment.
Insurance
As a courtesy, we are happy to file insurance claims for our patients. We accept a wide variety of dental plans and are contracted with Delta Dental of Colorado as a Premier Provider. If you have insurance with Delta Dental, please contact them to determine if you have the Premier plan. If you do not have the Premier plan, check with them to verify that you may be seen by an out of network dental provider.
If you have a PPO (Preferred Plan Organization) plan with any other insurance company, please contact them to determine if your policy restricts you from choosing your dental provider in any way. Most Preferred Plan Organizations will allow you to go out of network for your dental care but your plan benefits may be reduced. We are NOT a participating member of any Preferred Plan Organization.
We ask that patients pay their portion at the time of their visit based on an estimate that we receive from their insurance company. This includes deductibles and percentages not covered by the plan. We strongly urge that a pre-determination of benefits be filed with your insurance company prior to any treatment that we recommend.
Please remember that ultimately you are responsible for all services rendered, regardless of your insurance benefits. We do not have a relationship with your insurance company but we are happy to submit your insurance claims for you. Payment Options
Our office now offers zero interest plans through Care Credit. Please ask a receptionist for an application or more information. We also accept personal checks and the following credit cards: Visa, MC, American Express, and Discover.
