New Patients
Your first visit to Young Dentistry for Children involves a few special steps so that we can get to know you. On this page, you will find all the practical information you need, such as a map and directions to our office, practice hours, payment policies and more. You can also save some time by printing out and completing the patient forms at the bottom of this page in advance of your appointment.
Insurance
As a courtesy, we are happy to file insurance claims for our patients. We accept a wide variety of dental plans and are contracted with Delta Dental of Colorado as a Premier Provider.
If you have a PPO (Preferred Plan Organization) plan with an insurance company, please contact them prior to your appointment to determine your out-of-network benefits. Young Dentistry for Children is NOT a participating member of any Preferred Plan Organization. This means that we will still file your insurance claim for you and that you are responsible for the cost between your insurance payment and our fees.
We ask that patients pay their portion at the time of their visit based on an estimate that we receive from their insurance company. We routinely file a pre-determination of benefits with your insurance company prior to any treatment that we recommend. That way, you will know what insurance benefit we will receive from your insurance company and what your out-of-pocket expense will be.
Please remember that ultimately you are responsible for all services rendered, regardless of your insurance benefits. Please contact our billing department if you have further questions regarding insurance, 303-604-2290.
Payment Options
Our office offers no interest 6 or 12 month payment plans through Care Credit. Please ask a receptionist for an application or more information.
We also accept personal checks and the following credit cards: Visa, MC, American Express, and Discover.
