Jeffrey O. Young, D.D.S.

Dr. Young was born and raised in Des Moines, Iowa. He attended the University of Iowa where he earned both his Bachelor of Science degree and his D.D.S. degree. He attended the Eastman Dental Center in Rochester, N.Y. where he earned his certificate in pediatric dentistry. Dr. Young is board certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentists and is also a fellow in the American Academy of Pediatric Dentists. He is a Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserves, where he has served three tours of active duty. He and his wife live in Broomfield where they raised their three grown children.



Jill A. Decker, D.D.S.

Dr. Decker is from Rochester, New York. She received her BA in Biology from the University of Rochester and her DDS degree from The University of Buffalo. She completed a general practice dental residency at Denver Health Medical Center and received her certificate in pediatric dentistry at The Children's Hospital of Denver. Dr. Decker is board certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentists and is a fellow in the American Academy of Pediatric Dentists. She loves spending time with her children and enjoys music, reading and yoga.



Kimberly Kretsch, D.D.S.

Dr. Kretsch was born and raised in Des Moines, Iowa. She received her Bachelor of Science degree with a certificate in dental hygiene from the University of Iowa. She practiced as a dental hygienist before pursuing her D.D.S. degree from the University of Colorado School of Dentistry. She earned her certificate in pediatric dentistry from Children's Hospital of Wisconsin. Dr. Kretsch is board certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentists and is also a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentists. She is the past President of the Boulder/Broomfield County Dental Society and also served as a state level delegate to the Colorado Dental Association representing Boulder/Broomfield County. She is married and resides in Superior with her husband and two sons.



Keaton Howe, D.D.S., M.S.

Dr. Howe is a board certified pediatric dentist who lives with his wife, two sons and their dog in Louisville. Originally born in Leeds, England, he grew up in Naperville, Illinois before achieving his Bachelor's degree from Indiana University at Bloomington. He received his D.D.S. degree, pediatric dental specialty certificate, and Master of Science degree at The University of Illinois at Chicago. Dr. Howe is proud to volunteer in many dental benefit programs and holds an adjunct faculty position at The Children's Hospital of Denver. Dr. Howe enjoys tennis, triathlons, playing music, and spending time outdoors with his family.
