Summer refresher

Clink, clink—the sound of a cold and refreshing drink. Crunch, crunch— the satisfaction of chewing the ice from your glass. Crack, crack—the injury to your tooth.

Habitual chewing of ice may lead to cracked/chipped teeth, damage to tooth enamel, problems with existing dental work (such as fillings and crowns) and sore jaw muscles. You may also find your teeth become extremely sensitive to hot/cold and are more prone to cavities.

Instead of crushing big chunks of ice with your teeth— let it MELT, MELT!!!
