Prior to entering the office:

Please inform the office of any insurance changes when you schedule your appointment. Please try to arrive 10 minutes prior to your designated appointment time. Upon arrival call the office number, which is listed on the sidewalk board, from your car. A team member will meet you at your car with a COVID questionnaire and consent.

To comply with physical distancing we are strongly recommending children of school age (5) and older enter the office without an adult for their appointment. For younger children, or for those with special needs, one adult will be allowed to enter the office with their child, unless other advance arrangements were made with our office. We will be in contact with you regarding your child’s care while you wait in your vehicle. Temperatures will be taken with touch less thermometers for everyone entering the building and no one with a temperature above 100 will be admitted. Face masks must be worn.

Anyone entering the office will be directed to a hand washing station and the child will rinse with recommended mouthwash prior to their clinical care.

At the end of the appointment:

When your child’s appointment is complete, a team member will contact you in your car and your child will be escorted back to your vehicle. We will communicate relevant patient care information to you. If you have accompanied your child into the office please check out at the designated front desk area.
