As a courtesy, we are happy to file insurance claims for our patients. We accept a wide variety of dental plans and are contracted with Delta Dental of Colorado as a Premier Provider.

Insurance companies will only provide us with a general summary of benefits and are not a guarantee of coverage. We can submit a predetermination to your dental insurance for a more accurate estimate of coverage on treatment recommendation made by our providers. This will give a better estimate of your out- of pocket expense that will be due at the time of your visit.

Please remember that ultimately you are responsible for all services rendered, regardless of your insurance benefits.
