Dr. Keaton Howe

Specializing in pediatric airway management and fear-free dentistry, Dr. Keaton Howe is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist whose attention to personalized care and individual needs will give your child an incredible smile for life. Dr. Howe is committed to serving the communities of Louisville, Boulder, Erie, Lafayette, Broomfield, Arvada, Longmont, Westminster, and the surrounding northwest metro Denver areas.

Dr. Howe learned the value of community during his time at Indiana University where he studied Biology and English. As a volunteer for the Special Olympics and a steering committee member for the IU Foundation’s Little 500 bike race in Bloomington, he learned that honesty, trust, and personalized attention can create positive life experiences for others.

Dr. Howe graduated from the Honors Clinic at the University of Illinois at Chicago where he earned his DDS and pediatric specialty licenses. His Master of Science thesis studied “The effects of dental anxiety upon dental attendance” which provides him with invaluable knowledge about fear-free dentistry.

Dr. Howe’s board certification included a clinical palatal expansion case which has led to his special interest in pediatric airway management and numerous additional hours of supportive CE training. Dr. Howe is licensed to provide clinical nitrous oxide, sedation, and general anesthesia treatments for children and young adults.

Dr. Keaton Howe has held faculty positions at The Children’s Hospital of Colorado, has lectured nation-wide about dental trauma, interceptive orthodontia, and childhood development, and has volunteered for 12 years on his city’s Parks and Planning Commission Boards. For the past 5 years, he has helped to coach the Monarch Boy’s Varsity tennis team. He enjoys spending time outside with his wife, two sons, two dogs Sporky and Jelly Bean, and enjoys competitive tennis leagues, wind surfing, guitar, and swimming.
